William Joseph Bychick, 38, of Mays Landing, passed away suddenly on Friday, August 8, 2014. Billy was a lifelong resident of Mays Landing, and played soccer for Hamilton Twp. since he was 10 and also played on the traveling team. He was a 1994 graduate of Oakcrest High School where he was active with track and field and soccer. He worked for the Boro of Haddonfield Public Works. Billy enjoyed all outdoor activities including paintball, white water rafting, canoeing, street hockey, golf, and football. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and quick wit. He loved hanging out with his family and friends. Billy will be sadly missed but never forgotten by his father Joseph R. Bychick Jr., his mother Joanne Carroll (nee: Culleny), his paternal grandmother Anna McLaughlin, his sister Jennifer Sees (Justin), his two brothers, David Bychick (Spanky) and John Randall (Michelle), his four nieces Sarah, Kellilyn, Rebecca, and Alanna, his two best friends Josh Carpenter (Heather) and Rob Heisler (Marie), and numerous other relatives and friends. A celebration of Billy’s life will be shared on Monday, August 18th from 10AM-12Noon, at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main St., Mays Landing, NJ where services and reflections will be held at 12Noon.
